Outdoor group personal training program that utilises discipline to take your results to the next level. If you need to be pushed then this is the session for you!

Casual
Tuesday, Friday 6:30-7:30pm at Clonlea Park, Murray Road, Gawler.
Sunday 10:30-11:30am at Clonlea Park, Murray Road, Gawler.
All shapes, sizes & fitness levels are welcome. Fun, social, & always different Fitness!

Light
Wednesday 6:30-730pm at Freemasons Hall, Lyndoch Road, Gawler. 
A great session for the begineer, using a mix of exercises focusing on abs, butt & thighs. Build your strength up & target the trouble areas.

Morning
Wednesday 6:30-730am at Oakwood Estate, Playground, Jarrah Drive, Munno Para West. 
For the early riser, a mix of all the good parts from other F!T F!X sessions (cardio, strength, core) combined into one complete session to kick start your day.
